The application combines OCR technology from Mistral AI with an AI agent that identifies relevant data, such as customer names, contract terms and amounts. This data is then stored in a clear database that fits into the existing contract overview. The system was trained and improved step by step with feedback from the teams, making recognition increasingly accurate. The result is a practical AI application that turns old documents into current information and immediately saves employees time in their daily work.
