What we keep.
Short and factual. We use your data to respond to your message. Nothing more.

1. Who is responsible
Facilitech is the data controller for the information you share through this website.
2. What data
Only what you enter in the contact form yourself or send us by email:
- Name
- Organisation name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Topic of interest
- Content of your message
This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics. We do not collect IP addresses, browsing behaviour or device information. We load fonts from our own server, not from Google Fonts. The Calendly scheduling tool is only loaded if you click "Book a call" yourself. More on that under point 4.
3. What for
Solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to schedule a follow-up conversation. No newsletters, no marketing emails and no sharing with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): performance of a contract (or steps prior to entering into one) at your request, and consent for the use of the form.
4. Where it is stored
Contact requests arrive in our mailbox at Microsoft 365 (EU data centre, data processing agreement in place). Microsoft GDPR information.
This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes technical server logs to keep the site running. See the Vercel privacy policy.
We use Calendly to schedule calls. The widget only loads after you click "Book a call". From that moment on, Calendly processes your IP address, browser information and the details you enter yourself to confirm the appointment. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See the Calendly privacy policy.
5. How long
We keep contact requests in our mailbox for a maximum of 12 months. After that we delete them, unless they have led to an ongoing collaboration. In that case, the retention periods of the agreement apply.
6. Client data in projects
If we work together on an AI application or advisory engagement, we enter into a separate data processing agreement. In projects, the following applies:
- Data remains the property of the client
- Processing takes place within the EU unless explicitly agreed otherwise
- For AI applications, we choose models and infrastructure that do not share data for training by default
- After the project ends, data is deleted or transferred in accordance with the contract
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to the processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw your consent
Email hallo [at] facilitech.ai. We respond within one business day.
Do you disagree with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies itself. Only strictly necessary technical cookies from our hosting partner. These are required for the site to work and are exempt from the consent requirement under cookie legislation. If you click "Book a call", Calendly sets its own cookies so the appointment can be made.
9. Changes
We may amend this statement. The last-updated date at the top shows when this last happened. We will announce significant changes on the website.
