The organisation looked for a sustainable and secure solution that structurally simplifies document management and limits risks. It was important that internal teams and external parties could work together easily, without complex systems or extra steps.

AI makes document management simpler

Together with SevenLab, Facilitech developed an AI solution that makes document management smarter and more reliable. A successful pilot demonstrated that AI can automatically organise, link and check documents. This approach proved effective and user-friendly, so the organisation decided to continue building a minimum viable product. It is being built with Mendix and initially focuses on core functions such as central storage, automatic checks and feedback on discrepancies. In short sprints, the solution is now being expanded step by step with The Orange Force into a fully working whole. The application connects to existing systems and processes and supports employees without making their work more complicated.

External parties can submit and check documents securely, which makes collaboration easier.
